About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been practicing psychotherapy since 2010. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have worked with individuals and families from a wide array of cultural backgrounds, financial backgrounds, and presenting issues. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. I have practiced therapy in the home, in schools, through community mental health agencies, and in outpatient office settings. I’m currently practicing as a full time therapist at Kaiser Permanente and see clients in my private practice part time.
I am a native to Southern California. I earned a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and completed my graduate training with an MA in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
Currently in my part time private practice I see all adults in individual therapy, however I specialize in women’s and relationship issues. I also provide couples and family therapy on a case by case basis. On occasion, I hold conjoint sessions by including important individuals in your life, if it is pertinent to our work. My office hours are scheduled on Fridays.
